Our Policy

1. Children Policy: At Scotchmer St Nails, we are committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for all of our customers, including children. We welcome children to our salon, but we ask that parents supervise their children under 12 at all times. Please also note that our salon is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur while children are on the premises. 

2. Satisfaction Guarantee: In addition to our commitment to safety, we also guarantee our work for 3 days from the day of service. If any problems arise within this period, we will fix it for free. However, please note that our guarantee does not cover issues that arise due to negligence, accidents, or improper care of your nails after leaving our salon. 

3. Nail Service Concerns and Resolution: If you experience any issues with your nails, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can schedule an appointment to correct the problem. We do not offer refunds, but we are committed to making sure that you are happy with the services you receive at our salon.

4. Appointment Reservations: To ensure prompt service, we highly recommend making an appointment in advance. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

5. Timeliness: Please arrive at the salon at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to maintain an efficient schedule and ensure that you receive your full treatment duration. 

6. Late Arrivals: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. If you anticipate arriving late for your appointment, we kindly ask that you contact us at least 15 minutes before your scheduled booking time. This will enable us to assess the situation and make necessary adjustments to accommodate you without inconveniencing other clients.

To ensure the longevity of your manicure or pedicure, we recommend following our aftercare instructions and taking good care of your nails at home.
